Founded in 2011 by Mr. Duan Xinyi and Ms. Guo Dongmei, a Chinese entrepreneur who has lived and worked in Thailand for 25 years, a married couple of overseas Chinese.

CQK Food & Beverage is a core investment brand of Yage Group. Over the past decade, it has become a household name in Thailand and the country’s No.1 Chinese restaurant chain. The brand operates 15 directly managed Chinese hotpot restaurants, with a total operating area exceeding 30,000 square meters. It also owns food supply chain factories and cold storage facilities certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GHP standards, achieving annual revenue of over THB 2 billion. The brand manages multiple food product lines and collaborates with major retail channels such as 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, and Makro, offering spicy ready-to-eat foods and prepared meals. YAGE Group established market dominance, entering the spotlight with a record-breaking performance. We achieved over 1,000 unit sales, generating a transaction volume exceeding 500 million Baht.

2019

YAGE Group maintained this momentum with approximately 700 units sold (420 Million Baht), solidifying our reputation as a highly competitive force in the residential sector.

2020-2021

When the global pandemic cooled the residential condo market, YAGE Group demonstrated its hallmark agility. Recognizing a shift in demand, we successfully facilitated industrial land transactions, generating a steady 300 Million Baht annually during the peak of the pandemic.

 

Fueling our passion for Thai resources, we launched a successful agricultural export arm. Starting with an initial 2 million Baht in sales, we opened new trade channels to China, proving that our business acumen transcends industries.

2023

The Great Recovery. As the world reopened, so did the appetite for premium real estate. YAGE Group captured this post-epidemic momentum, closing over 500 units with a transaction volume surpassing 200 Million Baht, signaling a robust return to the residential forefront.

2024

Scaling New Heights Our most recent fiscal year marks a definitive era of growth. With more than 800 units sold and a transaction volume soaring over 480 million Baht, YAGE Group continues to outpace market expectations and set new benchmarks for success in Thailand.
