However, considering the room sizes offered by the project, even the smallest unit is quite large at 28.5 square meters, with prices starting in the mid-million range. Looking at the starting price, it might not differ much from other projects in this area; you'll see quite a few condos priced in the millions around here. But what you get is a room size that's considerably larger than the entry-level units in modern condos, which are typically 22-24 square meters. So, for those looking for a slightly larger room with more usable space, this place has a strong point in that regard. For under 2.4 million baht, you can even get a 35 square
meter room here. Next is the matter of location. As we all know, land near a BTS/MRT station is increasingly expensive. Since Supalai City Resort is a condo project focused on affordable pricing, the location might have to be slightly further from a BTS/MRT station to keep the price reasonable.

It's also suitable for those working in the Samut Prakan area, as there are many offices nearby and it's not far from the city center. Even though the project is located on a secondary road, it's not in a secluded alley. Bearing Road itself is a four-lane highway all the way, and I must say that the Bearing-Lasalle area is quite lively and vibrant. Being an established community, it has markets, food stalls, workplaces, and community malls. Basically, if you trip on the sidewalk, you're likely to hit your head on a food stall – there are stalls everywhere! Our team bought some snacks along the way while taking review photos. Furthermore, the roads in this area are interconnected, allowing you to choose to go towards Srinakarin Road, Bangna-Trat Road, or Sukhumvit Road as usual.

Finally, the common areas here are considerably larger than those in typical condos at this price point. It's worth noting that the project sits on a massive 13-rai plot of land. Ideally, they could have built a densely populated low-rise complex with 1,000-1,500 units, but here they've opted for just 5 buildings with 847 units, which is surprisingly small for such a large area.


Regarding the floor plans, for those who want a private, enclosed bedroom, there aren't many options here. Most of the floor plans feature sliding doors. Rooms with
enclosed bedrooms are usually the 1 Bedroom Plus size, which is quite large, over 40 square meters.


If you're looking for an affordable condo in a convenient city location, close to the BTS Skytrain, with spacious units and plenty of usable space for comfortable living,
while the common areas may not be extravagant, they are well-equipped and spacious. The buildings aren't densely packed, offering ample space and natural
greenery like a park in the heart of the project, then I think Supalai City Resort Sukhumvit 107 is a very interesting option, starting at around 2.4 million baht.
