These are traditional families who want to expand and have their own space, but still stay close to their original home and family, allowing them to visit each other. This place fits their needs quite well, offering private space as well as access to various shared amenities.
Another interesting group is those comparing and looking at single-family homes in areas connected to Sathorn, with a similar budget range of 5-10 million baht (plus or minus). Naturally, houses offer more space and land, but most in this price range come at the cost of a longer commute of 10-20 kilometers. This brings us to areas where, for the same budget, you can find 2-3 bedroom units in locations directly on the main road, just 2 kilometers from the Sathorn Bridge.
