the number of units, that's quite a lot, especially at this price. Besides the rooftop areas, the garden space here is quite extensive, in line with Parc's brand philosophy of emphasizing nature. For example, the French-style garden at the front of the project has preserved some of the original trees, which should create a very lush and shady environment. There's also a pond located between the two buildings. Due to the setback from high-voltage power lines, this creates a unique communal area not commonly found in condominiums – a waterside space for relaxation. This is a positive aspect resulting from the land limitations, allowing for a large open area in the center of the project. In terms of room specifications, this place is practically a Supalai Loft. It features higher-than-average ceilings, a water heater, a kitchen set with hob and hood, sanitary ware, a shower screen, and a digital door lock. Plus, it comes with a 3-year warranty and a 10-year structural warranty—longer than most condos. The team thinks that considering the price, the room specifications are excellent and even exceed expectations. For example, where else in a condo in the upper million baht range would you find 2.7-meter ceilings? However, there are a few things we could wish for, such as a cabinet underneath the bathroom sink, or the kitchen set which looks a bit plain. But considering the price, we can overlook those improvements.

Regarding the location, it might not be the first place many people think of. It's a secondary location, not directly next to the BTS Skytrain, and the closest line isn't a major one. However, it has its own advantages in terms of proximity to the city. From the project, if you cross the Khlong Tan intersection bridge, you're right at the Ekkamai North intersection. Therefore, the Sukhumvit area is quite close (but it must be acknowledged that traffic might be congested during rush hour). The project understands that the main advantage of this location is transportation by car, so they provide a generous number of parking spaces, over 0%. So, for those looking for a location near Sukhumvit and close to the city center, but Sukhumvit prices have skyrocketed, and the Phetchaburi area might still be too expensive or not offer the desired land size, this project's location is designed to meet those needs.
