Due to the setback from high-voltage power lines, this creates a unique communal area not commonly found in condominiums – a waterside space for relaxation. This is a positive aspect resulting from the land limitations, allowing for a large open area in the center of the project. In terms of room specifications, this place is practically a Supalai Loft. It features higher-than-average ceilings, a water heater, a kitchen set with hob and hood, sanitary ware, a shower screen, and a digital door lock. Plus, it comes with a 3-year warranty and a 10-year structural warranty—longer than most condos. The team thinks that considering the price, the room specifications are excellent and even exceed expectations. For example, where else in a condo in the upper million baht range would you find 2.7-meter ceilings? However, there are a few things we could wish for, such as a cabinet underneath the bathroom sink, or the kitchen set which looks a bit plain. But considering the price, we can overlook those improvements.
Regarding the location, it might not be the first place many people think of. It's a secondary location, not directly next to the BTS Skytrain, and the closest line isn't a major one.
