It's located on Bangkok's main BTS Green Line, allowing you to get into the city without having to transfer or change lines. However, it's important to acknowledge that Pu Chao Station is a bit further out of the city. In exchange, you get cheaper room prices, easier ownership, or for the same price, you'll get a larger space. If you're looking for a condo at this price that's closer to the city, there are options, but most require you to enter an alley, be further from the BTS, or have smaller units. This really depends on each person's needs. But here, it's clear that the train connection is the main attraction. The travel time into the city is 15-30 minutes, depending on which station you go to. That is, it doesn't take very long. As for Pu Chao Station, in addition to the BTS Skytrain, this location also houses a Big C shopping mall. Just one station away is Imperial Samrong, a major shopping mall in the area.
