Supalai's residential projects are guided by the concept of creating quality housing for a quality society for "Supalai people." This initiative involves continuous product development, the use of standardized construction materials, the development of excellent services both before and after delivery, and the provision of safe and welcoming communities to maximize customer satisfaction.

The Company and its subsidiaries operate and own residential projects consisting of detached houses, duplexes, townhouses, and condominiums in various locations throughout Bangkok and its vicinity, as well as other provinces, to meet the needs of different markets and target customers.

The Company focuses on middle- to high-income earners, focusing on developing existing projects and completing construction and delivering homes to customers on schedule to build brand recognition for the Group.

The name "Supalai" is used as the prefix for all projects, followed by the name of the project's characteristics or design, depending on the target customer group. The Company also develops office buildings for rent, focusing on commercial locations. Its subsidiaries also operate real estate project management businesses, including the management of hotels and resorts. Current Status of the Company and its Subsidiaries: Growing to be at the forefront of the real estate business.

Skywalk & Intersection
In addition to the project being adjacent to the SAT Orange Line station, two stations away is the Lam Sali Intersection area, which also houses a major interchange for three electric train lines: the Orange, Yellow, and Brown lines.
Of course, if you're going into the city, the Orange Line is the most convenient, but this interchange will also allow you to easily transfer to different areas. For example, the Yellow Line will run along Lat Phrao and Srinakarin Roads, while the future Brown Line will run along Nawamin Road, Kaset-Nawamin (Prasert Manukit), Kasetsart University, and Ngamwongwan Road, all the way to the Khae Rai Intersection, where it meets the Purple and Pink Lines.
This is an additional travel option as the transfer point is not far from the project. Furthermore, there is a Skywalk in this area to nearby shopping malls such as The Mall Bangkapi.
Attached to the Sports Authority of Thailand & National Sports Park
This area will house office buildings, the Huamark Indoor Stadium, various sports fields, a shooting range, and even the largest stadium in Thailand, Rajamangala National Stadium.
Beyond being a sports field, this area also serves as a public space for the locals. In the evenings, when the sun is down and the wind is still low, you'll see people exercising. Some come to run around Rajamangala, play football, play basketball, skate, or swim. There's also a green space within this area where people bring their dogs to run around and relax. It's like a public park in this area.
And besides coming to relax, there is also a market in the front area where you can buy food. It is within walking distance from the project.
Assumption University
Assumption University (AU), often affectionately known as "ABAC" by students, is one of Thailand's pioneering international universities, and the Hua Mak Campus serves as the universitys historical base and administrative headquarters. This campus is primarily focused on business, management, and technology disciplines. It houses the administrative offices and much of the teaching for the Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, covering programs like business administration, finance, and accounting. Additionally, some faculties from the School of Science and Technology and the School of Engineering are also based here. As a globally recognized institution, all courses at Hua Mak are taught entirely in English. The campus features the iconic Cathedral of Learning, which includes classrooms and the Central Library, providing extensive academic resources to its students.
Ramkhamhaeng University
Ramkhamhaeng University is one of Thailand's largest public universities and operates primarily as an open-admissions institution, allowing a vast number of students to pursue higher education without formal entrance examinations. The main campus, historically and administratively, is the Hua Mak Campus located in the Bang Kapi district of Bangkok. This campus is the central hub for registration, core administrative functions, and housing the majority of the university's faculties, including Law, Humanities, Business Administration, Education, and Science. The campus is notably expansive, featuring numerous lecture halls, libraries, and large open spaces to accommodate its large student body, which includes both distance learners and those attending traditional classes. The Hua Mak Campus is a major landmark in the area and benefits from improved transportation links. It also plays a significant role in the community, often hosting large public events and serving as a key center for lifelong learning in Thailand.
SAT Night Market
The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) Complex, situated in the Hua Mak area of Bangkok, is sometimes associated with a night market, particularly one that operates around the stadium grounds, often during weekend events or specific seasons. However, unlike permanent or globally famous markets like Talad Rot Fai, the market near the SAT complex is typically temporary or smaller-scale, often catering to local residents and athletes. It is characterized by vendors selling sporting goods, athletic wear, casual clothing, and a variety of quick, affordable street food tailored to the local crowd.
While not generally considered a major tourist destination, the SAT complex is highly significant for sports events, housing the Rajamangala National Stadium and various training facilities. Its accessibility has improved significantly, as it is located close to the Ramkhamhaeng University area and is easily reachable using local transport or driving to the complex, particularly following the development of surrounding infrastructure.
The Mall Bangkapi
The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi is one of Bangkok's largest and most comprehensive shopping destinations, located in the Bang Kapi district. Following an extensive renovation and rebranding, it transformed from the older, traditional "The Mall Bangkapi" into a modern "Lifestore" concept, focusing not just on retail but on lifestyle, dining, and entertainment experiences. The complex offers a wide range of international and local fashion brands, a huge gourmet supermarket (Gourmet Market), a large department store, and numerous specialty stores. Entertainment options are extensive, including a modern cinema complex and a vast amusement zone, making it a popular hub for families and younger demographics in Eastern Bangkok. The Lifestore design emphasizes natural light and open spaces, providing a comfortable and contemporary environment for shoppers.
MRT Orange Line
The MRT Orange line is one of the key upcoming rapid transit lines in Bangkok, designed to significantly improve connectivity across the city, particularly spanning from the western to the eastern suburbs. The project is divided into two main phases: the Eastern Section (Taling Chan to Min Buri) and the Western Section (Taling Chan to Bang Khun Non). Currently, the Eastern Section is under construction and nearing completion, connecting key residential and administrative areas from the eastern suburb of Min Buri, passing through Ramkhamhaeng, and terminating near Thailand Cultural Centre (where it intersects with the Blue Line). Once fully operational, the Orange Line will play a crucial role in reducing traffic congestion on major east-west arteries like Ramkhamhaeng Road and will feature several important interchanges, connecting with the MRT Blue Line, the Airport Rail Link, the MRT Yellow Line, and the MRT Pink Line. It is expected to greatly enhance accessibility to areas of historical, commercial, and educational importance, including Ramkhamhaeng University, and will provide a much-needed direct link across the central part of the city.

Affordable price condo in Dusit Area

Supalai Premier Samsen-Ratchawat presents a compelling investment opportunity in Bangkok's desirable Dusit district, particularly for those seeking a mix of rental income potential and capital appreciation in a neighborhood known for its unique blend of traditional charm and urban convenience. The project shows an indicative annual rental yield of 5.5% to 6% (based on specific unit listings), which is competitive within the Bangkok condo market. Rental prices have shown an uptrend of approximately 3.7% over the past year in the immediate vicinity.

The Samsen-Ratchawat area is a conventional and well-established residential and commercial hub, offering a unique local atmosphere and high convenience. The location offers easy access to the expressway, as well as being close to major business hubs, hospitals (e.g., Ramathibodi Hospital), and offices. It also provides a seamless connection to popular areas like Ari/Phahonyothin.

The project focuses on larger unit sizes, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options (ranging from 38 sq.m. up to 123.5 sq.m.), catering to long-term residents, professionals, and families, which often translates to more stable tenancy. Residents benefit from premium amenities, including an Infinity-Edge Swimming Pool, Panoramic Fitness center, Co-Working Space/Meeting Room, Auto Parking, EV Charging Station, and a Sky Garden. Units feature a comfortable 2.7-meter ceiling height, providing a spacious atmosphere. With only 248 units in the building, the lower density appeals to those seeking more exclusivity and privacy compared to mega-projects. Plus, With 100% full parking space available, this project addresses a significant pain point in the dense Phra Nakhon/Samsen area, making it highly attractive to local residents and families who rely on private transport.
