YAGE Group focuses on premium residential projects in Thailand’s major cities and emerging high-potential areas. It serves as the exclusive master agent for more than 20 high-end residential projects developed by Thailand-listed property companies Supalai, Ananta, Pruksa, as well as MQDC, a subsidiary of the Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group.

Supalai Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries are engaged in residential and commercial real estate development business. They operate and own residential projects in Bangkok and its surrounding areas and other provinces, including detached houses, duplex houses, townhouses and apartments.

The company was founded on June 26, 1989, and was initially engaged in residential and commercial real estate development business. On November 26, 1992, the company was reorganized into a listed company and renamed Supalai Public Company Limited. The company’s common shares were listed on the Thai Stock Exchange on November 17, 1993. The stock abbreviation of Supalai Public Company Limited is “SUPALI” and has now been changed to “SPALI”.

Supalai has developed more than 300 real estate projects nationwide, covering detached houses, townhouses and apartments, and plans to launch 36 new projects in 2025.

Supalai has a total of 12 overseas projects, all of which are joint venture projects, and the Arcadia Officer project is the first project to receive excellent feedback, with cumulative sales of up to 96%.
